Tuesday January 25th

Today was a shopping day.  We hit several antique, collectible and otherwise known as thrift stores.

We were looking for nothing in particular and that’s pretty much what we found.

On the way back to town, we stopped at the Ventura Pier for lunch.  On the beach side of the pier is Eric Ericcson’s restaurant.  A seafood place that has an upscale dining room downstairs, and a casual dining area with outdoor seating overlooking the ocean and the pier.

I had the Shrimp Taco with Jalapeno batter coating on the shrimp.  Judy had the Fish and Chips.  Both were excellent selections and even if they weren’t, the view would have been worth the price of admission.
